To ensure the good performance and long-lasting use of the implant motor , as well as to help improve work efficiency and operational safety, it is necessary to maintain the equipment in accordance with the guidelines.
1. Daily maintenance
1.1 Cut off the power supply of the implant motor in time after the operation, especially before cleaning and maintenance. Keep the implant motor clean, wipe it with a dry soft cloth, and do not use organic solvents to wipe plastic parts.
1.2 After the operation, remove the implant handpiece and separate the needle, wipe the surface with a 75% ethanol cotton ball, spray it with handpiece maintenance oil and then sterilize it with 134℃ high temperature and high pressure. It is recommended to use sterilisation bags for sterilisation.
1.3 After oil filling, the handpiece should be placed upright until the maintenance oil flows out, blow dry and wipe before connecting the tail line for use, in order to prevent the back-flow of maintenance oil to the motor of the tail line, resulting in damage to the motor.
2. Regular maintenance
2.1 The implant handpiece needs to be unclogged regularly. Unclogging can be done by blowing with a medical spray gun to prevent clogging of the waterways of the handpiece.
2.2 Regularly clean and replace the piping connected to the pump to prevent clogging.
2.3 Regularly check and wipe the water pump position to prevent abnormal piping from affecting the normal operation of the pump.
3. Check and replace accessories
3.1 The implant power, handpiece and water volume should be adjusted and confirmed before each surgery to ensure proper operation.
3.2 Before each use, it is necessary to tighten the water pipe to ensure that the pump operates without noise, and there is no leakage or seepage of water in the pipeline or handpiece after releasing the foot pedal.
3.3 Regularly check the integrity of the sealing rings at the connector position of the tail line. If worn or damaged, replace them in time to prevent the normal operation of the equipment from being affected.
3.4 Regularly check whether the pins at the connection position of the pedal line are seriously oxidized or offset. If there are any abnormalities, they should be maintained and replaced in time to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
4. Protection and Storage
The equipment and consumables should be stored in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture and corrosion. In the meantime, the main unit, handpieces etc., should be protected to avoid impact and damage.
