1.1 Before each use, disinfect the handpiece, tips, torque wrench, endodontic wrench, and other accessories to prevent cross-infection.
1.2 After completing endodontic treatment, replace the medicament with distilled water. Turn the water volume knob to the maximum level and press the foot pedal to flush the tubing for at least 30 seconds; repeat 1–2 times.
1.3 After treatment, use a wrench to remove the working tip. Wipe the surface of the handpiece and tip with an alcohol swab to remove blood stains. Rinse the handpiece head and connector area with clean water, then rinse the entire handpiece. After rinsing, dry it using a three-way syringe, then place it into a sterilization box for sterilization.
1.4 After treatment, turn off the power to ensure the main unit is completely powered off. Rinse the surface of the tail cord with clean water, dry it with a three-way syringe, and hang it back on the holder.
2.1 It is recommended to disassemble and clean the handpiece LED light and light guide column weekly. Unscrew the front part of the handpiece, clean the front shell, light guide column, and LED light in sequence, blow them dry using a three-way syringe, reassemble, and place them in the sterilization box.
2.2 If the wireless foot pedal will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery.
2.3 Regularly clean the surface and outlet of the water bottle to prevent scale buildup and blockage. Replace worn-out sealing rings on the water bottle in a timely manner to avoid leakage.
3.1 The handpiece, working tips, and wrenches should be sterilized at 134°C using high temperature and high pressure. Before sterilization, use compressed air to thoroughly dry any remaining liquid on the handpiece.
3.2 The working tip must be removed from the handpiece before sterilization, and must not be sterilized together with other instruments.
3.3 During the sterilization process, always inspect the handpiece for any external damage. Do not apply any protective oil to the surface of the handpiece.
3.4 When disinfecting with alcohol, soak a piece of clean dry gauze in 70–80% ethanol (by volume), use it to wipe the surface of the part to be disinfected twice, and let it act for 3 minutes. Let it air dry naturally or use a clean, dry cloth to wipe off any remaining disinfectant.
4.1 It is generally recommended to use the device for no more than 30 minutes at a time to avoid fatigue.
4.2 Ensure the handpiece and tail cord socket are dry before connecting.
4.3 Do not unplug the handpiece while pressing the foot pedal and the device is vibrating.
4.4 When using the endo rinsing function, set the water volume to maximum and gradually increase the power from level 1 to level 3.
4.5 When installing endo tips, ensure they are tightly fastened. Do not apply heavy pressure during endodontic rinsing. Do not step on the foot pedal if the endo file is not inserted into the root canal.
4.6 Refill the water bottle promptly when the liquid level falls below the lower limit to ensure smooth water flow.
4.7 Do not sterilize the handpiece using the following methods: boiling in solution, soaking in disinfectants such as iodine, alcohol, or glutaraldehyde, or placing it in an oven or microwave for high-temperature baking.
5.1 Store the product carefully to avoid impact or vibration. Keep it in a cool, dry, and ventilated place.
5.2 Do not store together with toxic, corrosive, flammable, or explosive materials.
5.3 If the product is not used for a long time, it should be powered on and water flowed through it once a month for 5 minutes each time.
5.4 The product should be stored in an environment with temperatures between –20°C and 55°C, relative humidity of 10%–90%, and atmospheric pressure of 70 kPa–106 kPa.
