1.1 After each use, check for any residue on the light head's emitting surface. Wipe the tip with a 75% alcohol swab to avoid contamination and maintain optimal light transmission.
1.2 Always use disposable protective sleeves and do not reuse them to prevent cross-infection.
1.3 Operate within the rated working time as specified in the user manual to avoid excessive heat that could damage teeth. After 5 consecutive operations, power off the device and allow the LED to cool down before restarting.
1.4 Before each use, check that all LED beads light up properly. If any LED fails to illuminate or shows significant dimming, contact after-sales service immediately. During inspection, wear UV-protective goggles to protect your eyes from UV radiation.
1.5 Maintain a clean and dry working environment to prevent moisture, damage, or electrical leakage.
2.1 Regularly clean the device and its accessories using a soft cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners that may damage the equipment.
2.2 Inspect the power cord periodically for signs of wear or aging. Ensure stable electrical connections to avoid failures that could disrupt clinical procedures.
2.3 Use the built-in light measurement function to periodically check the LED light intensity. If light output is insufficient, replace the light head or individual LED bulbs.
2.4 If the device will not be used for an extended period, remove the lithium battery and store it separately.
2.5 Inspect the curing tip regularly. Replace the tip if there are visible cracks or damage that affects light performance.
3.1 This product must not be sterilized by high-temperature or high-pressure methods. To disinfect, wipe with clean water or a disinfectant solution—do not soak any components. Avoid using volatile or easily dissolvable solvents.
For alcohol disinfection: Soak a piece of clean dry gauze in 75% ethanol solution, wipe the surface to be disinfected twice, allow it to act for 3 minutes, and then either air dry or wipe dry with a clean, dry cloth.
4.1 Always ensure the device is powered off and unplugged before cleaning or maintenance to avoid electric shock.
4.2 Use appropriate tools and materials. Avoid tools that may damage the device.
4.3 Operate strictly in accordance with the user manual and maintenance guide. Do not disassemble or modify the device. Contact qualified service personnel for any repair or internal inspection.
4.4 Before first-time use, charge the device for at least 8 hours. If the battery is low, recharge it promptly to prevent deep discharge. If not in use for a long time, remove the lithium battery and recharge it once every 3 months.
4.5 This product must only be used within the scope specified in the instruction manual and should not be used for any other purpose.
4.6 During clinical use, ensure the light source is directed precisely at the resin material being cured to ensure effective curing.
4.7 Always use the original light shield or protective goggles supplied by the manufacturer. Do not shine the light into the eyes, as this can cause injury.
4.8 Use only the original charger supplied with the product. Other chargers may damage the lithium battery or control circuits.
4.9 Never place metal objects on the charging base, as this may cause internal circuit damage. Unplug the power adapter when not charging.
4.10 Charge the battery in a cool, well-ventilated indoor environment.
4.11 Do not crush, shake, or vibrate the battery. Do not short-circuit the battery, and avoid placing it near metal objects.
4.12 This product must only be used within the scope specified in the manual. Do not use it for any other purpose.
